Warranty Policy

RayovacDirect.com is dedicated to your satisfaction with the products you purchase from us.  We pride ourselves on quality products and outstanding service. RayovacDirect.com offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defect in workmanship for the term listed below.  In the event you encounter an issue with one of our products, please review the following information outlining our Warranty Policy.

Please note: This policy covers all manufacturer defective return requests. 

Warranty protection does not cover:

1. Battery damage due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
2. Loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
3. Misapplied or incorrectly sized batteries.
4. Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
5. Battery has physical damage present.
6. Labor costs for battery removal or installation
7. Cost for recharging or use of rental products

Warranty requests must fall under the following guidelines:

1. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Applies to original purchaser only.  Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
3. Applies to original application only.  Battery used in multiple applications will not be honored.
4. Claim processing may require product charging and analysis.
5. Refunds will be issued relative to original payment method.
