Based on your location and zip code, UPS Ground delivery service is 1 to 5 business days from the date we ship your order.

RayovacDirect.com reserves the right to substitute alternative carriers based on shipment size and weight, shipping requirements, and market conditions. You will be contacted by our Customer Support center when this change in carrier occurs.
At times, Rayovacdirect.com may ship a single order in multiple shipments. You will be charged the entire cost of shipping on the first shipment. Further shipments will be made at no further cost to you.

No weekend delivery service is available.
Currently, we ship to addresses in all 50 states, except:
- Post Office Box addresses
- Military (APO/FPO) addresses
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
Failed Delivery Attempts.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery by UPS. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
